Yes. We carry full Goods in Transit cover and Public Liability insurance, so your belongings are protected from the moment they leave your home until they arrive at the destination. We can email a copy of our certificates if you need them for a landlord or letting agent.

Yes, we are registered with the Environment Agency to carry and dispose of controlled waste. That means anything we clear from your property goes to a licensed waste transfer site, not a layby. Always ask any clearance firm for their waste carrier registration number before letting them take your rubbish.

Light items can be left inside solid furniture like chests of drawers, as long as nothing is fragile. Empty out anything heavy, breakable, or that you really don't want shifting around. Books in particular should always come out before we load.

Yes. Bed frames, wardrobes, dining tables, IKEA units, you name it. Let us know at the time of booking so we can allow time and bring the right tools. If you have the original instructions, holding onto them is helpful for reassembly at the other end.

We can arrange boxes, tape, bubble wrap and blankets, and we sometimes have free pre-loved boxes available too. Let us know roughly how much you need to pack and we'll sort it. We also have proper sack trucks, trolleys, furniture skates and blankets to protect your things on the day.

Yes. We're based in Weston-super-Mare and cover the whole of North Somerset and Bristol day to day, but we also do longer moves anywhere in the UK. Prices are best when either the pickup or drop-off is local to us, but we're happy to quote any distance.

We've moved plenty of pianos, safes, gym equipment, hot tubs and other awkward kit over the years. We use proper skates, straps and trolleys, and we plan the route through the property before we start. Send us a photo of the item and the doorways and we'll quote accurately.

That's one of our most popular services. We'll pick up your item from the seller anywhere in the UK and deliver to your door. Local jobs are cheapest when we can fit them between other work, so flexible times always save money. We just need both parties' phone numbers to arrange the handover.

We can. The cleanest option is to pay the seller by bank transfer before we collect (we bank with Natwest so transfers are usually instant). Otherwise our driver can collect cash from you first, or you can drop cash at our office, before we head out to the seller.

Because you go straight to the owner rather than through receptionists or call handlers. It's quicker, you get accurate answers, and we can text quotes and timing updates straight to your phone.

For removals, cleared payment is expected before we unload at the destination. That's a logistics thing rather than a trust thing. For larger jobs we may take a deposit at the time of booking, especially if we're turning away other work to hold the slot.

For most small jobs, no. For larger moves, contracted work, or jobs at peak times where we'd be turning other customers away to hold your slot, we usually take a small deposit to confirm the booking.

British weather doesn't stop us. We bring covers and protect everything during loading and unloading. If the forecast is genuinely awful, we'll talk through any sensible adjustments to the plan with you ahead of time.

Yes. We can clear the property, take away the rubbish as a registered waste carrier, and arrange a clean ranging from a quick spruce-up to a full deep clean including carpets. Landlords and letting agents use us regularly for this.

Yes, and we approach this kind of work with the care it deserves. We can put sentimental items aside, arrange valuations for anything saleable, deliver keepsakes to family members, and clear the rest. We've worked with many local solicitors on probate clearances.

Our main vehicle is a long-wheelbase high-top van, which is one of the biggest van sizes available without going up to a Luton or 7.5 tonne truck. We also run a smaller van for tight access and quick local pickups.

Yes. We can arrange short or long term contract storage locally. Useful if your move-out and move-in dates don't line up, or if you're downsizing and need to decide what to keep.
