- Confidential documents. Removed for secure shredding, certificate provided.
- Kitchen and breakout areas. Fridges, microwaves, dishwashers, vending machines.
- Reusable kit. Donated to local charities where condition allows.
Out-of-hours work
Most commercial clearances we do out of hours or at weekends to avoid disrupting your trading day. We can work with security teams, building managers and landlord representatives to get the access right.
Building reinstatement
End-of-lease clearances often need the space returned to “broom-clean” or “shell” condition. We can strip out partitions, lift carpet tiles, remove cable management, take down fixings and patch the walls. We will work to your dilapidations schedule so the landlord gets what they need to release your deposit.
Compliance and certificates
You get a waste transfer note for every load (legal requirement for businesses), a WEEE recycling certificate for any electrical equipment, and a hard-drive destruction certificate where required. Useful for ISO27001 audits, GDPR compliance and general peace of mind.
Pricing
Commercial clearances are quoted on a site visit (always free in North Somerset and Bristol). We give you a single fixed price including labour, vehicle, disposal fees, certificates and any after-hours premium. No surprises on the invoice.
